CONDO RENOVATION – NAPLES
The clients wanted an updated clean look for their Florida Condo. Clean lines were complimented by simple geometric shapes that relied on neutral color palette punctuated with bold splashes of color to add excitement. Iconic wall panels with a repeating pattern both horizontally and vertically allow the ability to cover extremely large surfaces. Acrylic puck system with floating glass shelves provide great surfaces for accessory display and accent lighting

REAL ESTATE STAGING FOR RENTALS – NAPLES
My Client from Canada commissioned me to stage a home that they purchased that then would be rented out to seasonal or yearly tenants. We achieved a stunning environment using fun colorful artwork that set the tone throughout the home. New paint colors throughout the home were added as well as complete furnishings/accessory/bedding window treatment package. In addition a complete home package was provided for a complete turn key. Results were achieved by having the very fist person to see the home rent it for over a year.

TOTAL NEW HOME RENOVATION – NAPLES
My client from Canada purchased a new home as their vacation getaway home. They commissioned me to refurbish the new home by designing a new den and creating a new guest bath as part of the project. This was realized from furbishing an existing walk in closet and cutting into the existing over sized master shower to create the new bath. All interior design elements for all areas of the house were part of this complete design package.

POWDER ROOM RENOVATION
My client wanted their powder room to be updated. I considered lighting to be a key element for the transformation to be a success. Use LED tape mounted behind mirror channel with ceiling pendants. Add a vessel sink with coordinating faucet, recycled glass floating counter and accent tile to create a dramatic look.

TOTAL CONDO HI RISE RENOVATION
My client purchased a condo in The DUNES for their family vacation getaway. They commissioned me after they saw what I created for their siblings next door. As you enter the condo the space leads into the living room to break the areas and create an interesting entry using floor to ceiling mounted obscure glass panels, my own art piece and fun lighting.

Following my clients wishes, and with the great team at NAPLES BUILD as General Contractor, we were able to create a space that exceeded my clients expectations which led to my client providing referrals for additional design projects. We added dimensional mirror with sconces, raised ceiling areas and added recessed lighting as well as hidden strip lighting to enhance the illusion of a much larger area.

CONDO RENOVATION
Client wanted a feature wall with fireplace. I provided a rendered elevation to help them see and visualize the end result for this project. Provided mirror backed niches with Vivid Glass which was created by accessing the space behind the great room. In addition, floating glass shelves were installed on mirror side panels. A floating cabinet was installed below the fully recessed electric fireplace that created a clean contemporary look. The no heat function provides low energy and year round ambiance.

COMPLETE CONDO RENOVATION - My first project as RADIUS , Published in NAPLES MAGAZINE
I took a bare bones 2000 sq. ft. condominium with a Gulf View in THE DUNES and turned it into an elegant and inviting vacation home for a family from Toronto, Canada. My first step was the initial get-to-know you meeting. The clients knew that they wanted something different and I provided them options. As a first and important step I provided them with an oversized original piece of art with simple organic shapes by artist Bruce Tolman. This was instrumental in setting the serene tone throughout the entire space. A custom wall unit, window features, custom framed wall panels, birds eye maple light fixtures and sconces from Spain were just a few of the selections that were included. Throughout the design process, I was in constant communication with the clients. My precise attention to detail maximized the overall success of the project. Another positive outcome was when the client’s relatives (who own the condo next door) commissioned me to create a similar look in their new home.
