Meet the Designer – Janis Hopkins, IDS Associate & Past First Vice-President

Janis received her BA in Interior Architecture at Columbia College and continued studies at Lawrence Technology Institute and Center for Creative Studies. Her passion for design was a catalyst for continued study of design and the related art of photography.  Photography honed her ability to see line, color, texture, form and especially lighting in a totally different sense and dimension.

Over the past 30 years, she gained a wealth of experience while working on projects including but not limited to design/build projects for contractors and developers, Director of Interior Design for an Architecture firm and Sr. Interior Designer for a major automotive company.  Upon relocating to Naples she worked with prominent design firms and architects for their residential clients, models, lobbies, beach clubs and youth facilities.

Additional RADIUS team expertise include being a part of a design team for custom glass signature pieces, lighting specialists, architects, builder/contractors, seasoned craftsmen and a myriad of the best furniture and accessory vendors.
